This delicious Spring Drink will soothe you during the Spring Season, when the Yang reappears in nature and in our body after the long Winter. By nourishing the Liver it regulates its ascending energy to bring us serenity.

-MEI GUI HUA - Flos Rosa Rugosae - 28,750g
-GOU QI ZI - Fructus Lycci- 28,750g
-CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae- 28,750g
-MI MENG HUA - Flos Buddleiae- 14,29g
MEI GUI HUA: Warm, sweet and slightly bitter substance, it regulates Qi. The Japanese Rose acts mainly on the Liver and the Spleen. It mobilizes the Qi and eliminates Qi stagnation. It harmonizes the Blood and helps to eliminate stasis.
GOU QI ZI: Neutral and sweet substance, it invigorates the Yin. It nourishes and tones the Liver and Kidneys, promotes Jing essence, moistens the Lungs and brightens the eyes.
CHEN PI: Warm, pungent and bitter substance, it orders and regulates the Spleen, Stomach and Lung Qi. It dries dampness, transforms phlegm and lowers the opposite Qi.
MI MENG HUA: Fresh and soft substance, it clarifies the Heat. By nourishing the Liver, the flower of the Buddleia soothes the Fire of the Liver and improves eyesight.
Instructions of use:
Put 6gr of winter drink mix in 200ml of water and boil during 5min. You can also add normal or vegetal milk on it.
Precautions and contraindications:
Not recommended to persons with hypertension. Not to consume if signs of hot symptoms.
