Description:
The bleeding needle is also known as a triangular needle.
The bleeding technique involves the complex relationship between Blood (Xue) and Energy (Qi).
Bleeding points (over 50 according to Chinese tradition) are mostly located on Meridians with more Blood than Qi (Tae Yang, Yang Ming, Tsiue Inn). Other meridians may also be treated, especially TING points where energy begins to rise.
Single-use needles with slightly beveled tips to facilitate incision.

How to use:

In Classical Chinese Medicine, Luo vessels (luò mài) are secondary branches of the meridian system, often linked to unexpressed emotions, chronic stagnations, and unresolved trauma.

The technique of Luo bleeding consists in using a bleeding needle, typically a small lancet, to draw a few drops of blood at a Luo point. This aims to:
- Release pathogenic accumulations (stagnant blood, heat, repressed emotions)
- Relieve chronic symptoms tied to emotional blocks
- “Empty the reservoir” so the primary meridian can circulate freely again
- Address deep or somatized emotional disorders (anger, sadness, grief...)
