A daily dose of 9g corresponds to the quantities of dry plants in the form of a dry extract:
HUANG QI - Radix Astragali 2.34g
DANG GUI GUAN - Radix Angelica sinensis 1.26g
BAI ZHU - Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae 1.26g
REN SHEN - Radix Ginseng Albae 1.26g
CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 0.9g
CHAI HU - Radix Bupleuri 0.9g
GAN CAO - Radix Glycyrrhizae 0.54g
GE GEN - Radix Puerariae Lobata 0.52g
SHENG MA - Rhizoma Cimifugae 0.02g
Bulking agent: corn starch

Recommended dosage:
Take 3g (i.e. 3 scoops), maximum 3 times a day diluted in hot water, 30 min. before or after meals.

Contraindications:
Yin deficiency.

Analysis of the composition:
· HUANG QI: Emperor. Tonifies the Qi (and the Wei Qi) and lifts the Spleen Qi and Yang.
· REN SHEN & BAI ZHU & ZHI GAN CAO: Minister. Tonify strongly the Spleen Qi. They are present in Si Jun Zi Tang.
· DANG GUI: Assistant. Nourishes the Blood which is the mother of Qi.
· CHEN PI: Assistant. Mobilizes and regulates the Qi, preventing the risk of stagnation.
· SHENG MA & CHAI HU: Ambassadors. These two ingredients have an ascending movement which helps to lift the Qi and the Yang, especially combined with HUANG QI.
