Recommended dosage:
Take 3g (i.e. 3 scoops), maximum 3 times a day diluted in hot water, 30 min. before or after meals.

· DANG GUI: Minister. Sweet, spicy and Warm. Channels entered: Liver, Heart and Spleen. Nourishes and invigorates the Blood and harmonizes menstruation, combined with HUANG QI, it potentiates its blood production action.
