A daily dose of 18 capsules corresponds to the quantities of dry plants in the form of a dry extract:
SHU DI HUANG - Radix Rehmaniae preparata 2.61g
SHAN YAO - Radix Dioscorea Oppositae 1.35g
SHAN ZHU YU - Fructus Corni officinalis 1.35g
FU LING - Poria cocos sclerotium 0.99g
ZE XIE - Rhizoma Alisma Plantago-aquatic 0.99g
MU DAN PI - Cortex Paeonia Suffruticosa 0.99g
ROU GUI - Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae 0.36g

Recommended dosage:
Take 6 capsules 3 times a day at most, with hot water before or after meals.

Contraindications:
Yin deficiency with Heat signs
Use with caution in case of gastro-intestinal weakness.

· MU DAN PI: Clears Heat, protects the Blood of the warming action of Yi ZHI REN and ROU GUI and calms the Liver Fire, which saves up indirectly the Kidney Yin and Qi, resolves Blood stasis.
