DANG GUI - Angelica sinensis Root 0.675g,
MAI MEN DONG - Ophiopogon japonicus Root 0.675g,
TIAN MEN DONG - Asparagus cochinchinensis Root 0.675g,
YE JIAO TENG - Polyginatum aviculare Stem 0.675g,
SUAN ZAO REN - Ziziphus jujuba Seed 0.675g,

Recommended Dosage:
Take 3g (equivalent to 3 scoops), 3 times a day, dissolved in hot water, 30 minutes before or after meals.

· SHENG DI HUANG: Emperor. Bitter, sweet, and cold. Target meridians: Heart, Liver, and Kidney. Nourishes Yin, clears Heat, cools the Blood, and stimulates the production of Organic Fluids.

· BAI ZI REN: Minister (2nd group). Sweet and neutral. Target meridians: Heart, Liver, Kidney, and Large Intestine. Nourishes and soothes the Heart.
· REN SHEN: Minister (3rd group). Sweet, slightly bitter, and warm. Target meridians: Spleen, Lung, and Heart. Tonifies the Heart Qi.
· WU WEI ZI: Minister (4th group). Sour and warm. Target meridians: Lung, Heart, and Kidney. Supports the Shao Yin axis (Kidney-Heart), controls Qi leakage through its astringent property, and restores Yin.
· DAN SHEN: Assistant (1st group). Bitter and slightly cold. Target meridians: Heart and Liver. Mobilizes Blood and disperses Stasis.
· YUAN ZHI: Assistant (2nd group). Pungent, bitter, and warm. Target meridians: Lung, Heart, and Kidney. Calms the Mind.
· FU LING: Assistant (3rd group). Sweet or bland and neutral. Target meridians: Lung, Spleen, Heart, and Bladder. Tonifies and soothes the Heart; calms palpitations.
· SUAN ZAO REN: Assistant (4th group). Sweet, sour, and neutral. Target meridians: Liver and Heart. Calms the Mind; stops sweating.
· TIAN MEN DONG: Assistant (4th group). Sweet, bitter, and cold. Target meridians: Lung and Kidney. Clears Empty Heat and restores Organic Fluids.
· MAI MEN DONG: Assistant (4th group). Sweet, slightly bitter, and slightly cold. Target meridians: Heart, Lung, and Stomach. Restores Yin and Organic Fluids; calms the Mind.
· XUAN SHEN: Bitter, salty, and cold. Target meridians: Lung, Stomach, and Kidney. Nourishes Yin and clears Empty Heat.
· RE GENG: Ambassador. Pungent, bitter, and neutral. Target meridian: Lung. Guides the other ingredients in an upward movement towards the Upper Burner.
· ZHU SHA: Ambassador. Sweet, cold, and toxic. Target meridian: Heart. Stabilizes and calms the Mind, leading the other ingredients to the Heart.
