The Pointer Plus Excel II is a portable electroacupuncture device, with a digital display (indicating the stimulation frequency or detection sensitivity), an audible signal, and a visual indicator (green diode).
Its use aims to relieve certain types of chronic and acute pain, as well as those derived from postoperative processes.
Very practical for locating Acupuncture points on the body, but also in Auriculotherapy, this device has many settings that allow for easy detection or stimulation of acupuncture points (dispersion or tonification function by microcurrent).
Easy to use and very ergonomic, this point detector consists of a button that allows direct action on the acupuncture point, just after its detection by releasing a slight electric current. The mechanism of the Excel II detector includes the correction of all small variations in applied pressure.

Two different probes are provided for different applications. The smaller probe should be used for locating and caring for points located in the ears, while the larger one is better suited for points located on the body.
Adjusting the sensitivity level for detection allows for use with different types of skin (dry or moist skin).
It is possible to gently increase stimulation by lightly moistening the patient's skin.
It will also be possible to reverse the polarity of the stimulation, for a ""Tonifying"" or ""Sedative"" effect.
