Yin Tonifying Drink

For those who wish to tonify the Qi, Xue, Yin, Yang, and Jing substrates, it's easy to prepare with the powers of natural herbs.
**Ingredients:
One 150g packet contains:
BAI HE - Bulbus Lilii - 30g
BEI SHA SHEN - Radix Glehniae - 30g
GOU QI ZI - Fructus Lycii - 30g
BAI ZHU - Rizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae - 15g
CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae - 15g
YI YI REN - Semen Coicis - 15g
ROU GUI - Cortex Cinnamomi - 7.5g
ZHI MU - Rizoma Anemarrhenae - 7.5g
BAI HE: Slightly cool and sweet, it tonifies the Yin. It hydrates the Lung, clears Heat, and soothes coughs. By clearing Heat from the Heart, it calms the Shen.
ZHI MU: Cold, bitter, and sweet, it clears Empty and Full Heat. It nourishes the Yin, moistens dryness, drains Liver Fire, and clears Heat from the Lung and Stomach.
BEI SHA SHEN: Fresh, sweet, bitter, and bland, it tonifies the Yin and hydrates dryness. It nourishes the Yin of the Lung, calms coughs, and clears Heat. It also nourishes the Stomach and generates Fluids.
ROU GUI: Very warm by nature and with a spicy, sweet flavor. It warms the interior. By activating Yang, it tonifies the Spleen and Kidney, soothes pain, promotes Meridian circulation, and tonifies Blood circulation. It acts as a natural antibiotic.
BAI ZHU: Warm and sweet, it strongly tonifies the Spleen and supports Qi. It is excellent for drying Dampness and facilitates water flow through diuresis.
YI YI REN: Neutral, sweet, and bland, it promotes diuresis by eliminating Dampness. It tonifies the Spleen, calms diarrhea, clears Heat, and removes Damp Heat and pus.
CHEN PI: Warm, spicy, and bitter, it regulates and directs Qi of the Spleen, Stomach, and Lung. It dries Dampness, transforms phlegm, and descends rebellious Qi.
**Directions:
Add 6g to 200ml of water. Bring to a gentle boil at 90-95ºC / 194-203ºF, covered, for 5 minutes. Drink this beverage 1 to 2 times a day.
**Precautions and Contraindications:
Not recommended for pregnant women, children, and those on anticoagulant treatment.
Store in a cool, dry place.
