**Ingredients:
One 100g packet contains:
MEI GUI HUA - Flos Rosa Rugosae - 28.75g
GOU QI ZI - Fructus Lycii - 28.75g
CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae - 28.75g
MI MENG HUA - Flos Buddleiae - 14.29g
MEI GUI HUA: Warm, sweet, and slightly bitter, it regulates Qi. The Japanese Rose primarily affects the Liver and Spleen. It mobilizes energy, addresses Qi stagnation, harmonizes the Blood, and helps eliminate stasis.
GOU QI ZI: Neutral and sweet, it tonifies Yin. It nourishes and tonifies the Liver and Kidney, supports Essence Jing, moistens the Lung, and brightens the eyes.
CHEN PI: Warm, spicy, and bitter, it regulates and directs Qi of the Spleen, Stomach, and Lung. It dries Dampness, transforms phlegm, and descends rebellious Qi.
MI MENG HUA: Cool and sweet, it clears Heat. By nourishing the Liver, the Buddleia flower soothes Liver Fire and improves vision.
**Directions:
Add 6g of infusion to 200ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. You may add a little plant-based milk if desired.
**Precautions and Contraindications:
Not recommended for individuals with hypertension or signs of Heat.
Store in a cool, dry place.
