This delicious drink is formulated to help balance your energy during the transition between seasons, enhancing your internal well-being by tonifying your Spleen/Stomach system. The plants in this formula have been selected to work in synergy, helping your body adapt smoothly to seasonal changes. Experience each transition with balance and vitality.

**Ingredients:
One 100g package contains:
HUANG QI - Radix Astragali - 20g
SHAN YAO - Radix Dioscorea Oppositae - 20g
SHA REN - Fructus Amomi - 20g
CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae - 20g
BA JIAO HUI XIANG - Star Anise - 10g
GAN CAO (ZHI) - Honey-Fried Licorice Root - 10g.

HUANG QI: A neutral substance with a sweet taste, it boosts immunity and helps combat general fatigue. Astragalus mainly acts on the Spleen and Lung, tonifying Qi (energy), elevating Yang, and strengthening Wei Qi (defensive energy). It has diuretic effects and helps reduce edema.
SHAN YAO: A neutral substance with a sweet taste, it increases immunity by tonifying vital energy. The Dioscorea rhizome mainly acts on the Spleen, Lung, and Kidney meridians. It tonifies Qi and nourishes Yin.
SHA REN: A warm substance with a spicy taste, it helps mobilize Qi (energy) in the Spleen, Stomach, and Kidney. Cardamom fruit harmonizes the digestive system, transforms dampness, and warms the Center.
CHEN PI: A warm, spicy, and bitter substance, it regulates and directs Qi in the Spleen, Stomach, and Lung. It dries dampness, transforms phlegm, and descends rebellious Qi.
BA JIAO HUI XIANG: A warm substance with a spicy taste, it primarily acts on the Liver, Kidney, Spleen, and Stomach meridians. Star Anise disperses Cold, mobilizes Qi, and alleviates pain.
GAN CAO (ZHI): A warm substance with a sweet taste, it acts mainly on the Liver, Kidney, Spleen, and Stomach. Honey-fried Licorice Root tonifies and strengthens the Spleen/Stomach pair, elevates Qi, and harmonizes the 12 meridians.

**Instructions for Use:
Add 6 g of the infusion to 200 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. You can add a little milk (preferably plant-based).

**Precautions and Contraindications:
Not recommended for children, pregnant women, and individuals with hypertension (contains licorice) or signs of Heat.
Store in a cool, dry place.
