This delicious drink is formulated to help balance your energy during the transition between seasons, strengthening your inner well-being. The plants in this formula have been selected to act synergistically and help your body gently adapt to seasonal changes. Experience each transition with balance and vitality.

Ingredients:
A 100g sachet contains:
- HUANG QI - Radix Astragali - 20g
- SHAN YAO - Radix Dioscorea Oppositae - 20g
- SHA REN - Fructus Amomi - 20g
- CHEN PI - Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae - 20g
- BA JIAO HUI XIANG - Anisi Stellati - 10g
- GAN CAO (ZHI) - Radix Glycyrrhizae Mel - 10g.

HUANG QI: A neutral substance with a mild flavor, it helps boost immunity and helps fight general fatigue. Astragalus acts mainly on the Spleen and Lung. It tones Qi (energy), elevates Yang and strengthens Wei Qi (defensive energy). It is diuretic and helps reduce edema.
SHAN YAO: A neutral substance with a mild flavor, it increases immunity by toning vital energy. Yam rizhome acts mainly on the Spleen, Lung and Kidney meridians. It tones the Qi and nourishes the Yin.
SHA REN: A warm substance with a spicy flavor, it mobilizes the Qi (energy) of the Spleen, Stomach and Kidney. The fruit of Cardamom harmonizes the digestive system, transforms humidity and warms the Center.
CHEN PI: A lukewarm, pungent and bitter substance, it orders and regulates the Qi of the Spleen, Stomach and Lung. It dries up the Moisture, transforms the phlegm and lowers the contrary Qi.
BA JIAO HUI XIANG: Substance of warm nature and spicy flavor, it acts mainly on the Liver, Kidney, Spleen and Stomach meridians. Chinese Star anise disperses Cold, mobilizes Qi and calms pain.
GAN CAO (ZHI): Substance of warm nature and mild flavor, it acts mainly on the Liver, Kidney, Spleen and Stomach. Licorice sautéed in honey tones and strengthens the Spleen/Stomach couple, raises Qi and harmonizes the 12 meridians.

Instructions for use:
Put 6 g of infusion in 200 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. You can add a little milk (preferably vegetable).

Precautions and contraindications:
Not recommended for children, pregnant women and people with hypertension (contains licorice) or in case of signs of heat.
Store in a cool, dry place.
