Gua Sha is an ancient technique very common in TCM, which involves scraping the skin with the massage tool called Gua Sha, to improve the circulation of Qi of Blood and Organic Liquids.

Microcirculation of soft tissues is stimulated with movements of varied pressure, increasing blood flow.
