Rectangular Gua sha in Aventurine Stone, 9cm with a flat side and another with 4 rounded tips. The Aventurine Stone has purifying and healing properties, a stone linked to the heart chakra, it brings courage, confidence and promotes love.

Gua Sha is an ancient technique very common in TCM, which consists of scraping the skin with the massage tool called Gua Sha, to improve the circulation of Blood Qi and Body Fluids.
Scratching also allows in the event of an attack by the Biao, wind/cold or wind/heat, to bring the pervert to the surface.
Soft tissue microcirculation is stimulated with movements of varied pressure, which increases blood flow.

The practitioner can apply massage oil to the skin to facilitate ""scrapping"".

Gua Sha helps circulate stagnant energy, inflammation, Cold and pain due to osteoarthritis.

Gua Sha is generally practiced on the back, buttocks, neck, arms and legs. A gentle version of it can even be used on the face as a ""lifting"" technique to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
