Produced in the provinces of HE NAN, HE BEI, NEIMENG GU (Inner Mongolia), its harvest is carried outin autumn. It is steamed and dried in the sun.

Description: Rehmannia root having undergone preparation.

Properties:
Nature: Slightly lukewarm.
Flavor: Mild.
Tropism: Liver, Kidney, Heart.
Toxicity: Non-toxic.

Actions and indications:
Nourishes Blood and Yin.
Tonifies the Essence.
Strengthens the Marrow.
Blood Insufficiency
Lower back weakness and lower extremity pain
Growth retardation in children, premature aging
Inability of the Kidney to capture Qi.

Ingredient:
A daily dose of 18 capsules corresponds to the quantities of dry plants in the form of dry extract:
Rehmannia Glutinosa Root (SHU DI HUANG) 9g
Corn starch (bulking agent).

Recommended dosage:
Take 6 capsules 3 times a day max., with warm water before or after meals.

Contraindications: Pain and bloating of the epigastrium and abdomen. Stagnant Qi with abundance of phlegm. Loss of appetite with pasty stools.
Warning: Overdose.
