Actions & Indications:
Mi Meng Hua: Stimulates Heart Qi and Blood, and promotes blood circulation. Clears Heat and drains Wind. Improves vision, soothes tired eyes, and adds a touch of softness to the infusion.
Mei Gui Hua: Mobilizes and regulates Qi. Harmonizes emotions, providing a general sense of well-being.
Lian Ye: Disperses Summer Heat, Wind, and Dampness. Opens the meridians and collaterals. Detoxifying properties, eliminates excess heat and humidity, and improves circulation.
Bo He: Refreshing and soothing, drains Wind-Heat, alleviates Liver Qi stagnation. Helps relieve tension and clears the mind.

Preparation:
6g in 300ml of water.
Bring water to 75ºC for 3-4 minutes.

MEI GUI HUA - Flos Rosa Rugosae - 20g
HE YE/LIAN YE - Folium Nelumbinis Nuciferae - 20g
BO HE - Herba Menthae - 20g
