This delicious winter drink helps you to fight the cold in the coldest time of the year. It warms and facilitates the free flow of the Qi and Blood through the meridians and blood vessels.

"" GUI ZHI - Cinnamomi Cassiae Ramulus - 35g
"" BA JIAO HUI XIANG - Anisi Stellati - 10g
"" GAN JIANG- Rhizoma Zingiberis - 35g
"" DING XIANG - Flos Caryophylli - 10g
BAI DOU KOU: A spicy and warm substance that removes dampness mobilizes the circulation of Qi and also warms the Spleen and Stomach.
GUI ZHI: A spicy and sweet substance, it favors perspiration without damaging Yin. Activates the circulation of Qi and Blood in the vessels and helps to bring the Blood to the extremities. Disperse external wind, liberates Biao (surface) and armonize Ying Qi (nutritional Qi).
BA JIAO HUI XIANG: The star anise is aromatic substance, hot on its nature and it has spicy flavor. It helps to warm the interior dispersing the cold, it mobilize the Qi and alleviates pain.
GAN JIANG: Is aromatic and spicy substance. It warms the medium Jiao and the Lungs. It eliminates cold, the phlegm and helps to prevent the Yang Qi not to sink.
DING XIANG: A warm and spicy substance that warms the Medium Jiao. Helps to eliminate the cold from the digestive organs, alleviates the pain and regulates the descent of Qi. It also warms the Kidney and Yang in general.
Instructions of use:
Put 6gr of winter drink mix in 200ml of water and boil during 5min. You can also add normal or vegetal milk on it.
Precautions and contraindications:
Do not take during the pregnancy. Not to consume if signs of hot symptoms.
